INTENDED USE
MASter On-Line B200 is used in SPECIAL G/K SYSTEM (gypsum-cardboard panels) as a joint sealing compound for walls made of gypsum-cardboard panels. It prevents cracks in joints between two panels and between panels and other working structural elements of a residential building. It strengthens all connected surfaces, improves adhesion of materials applied on surfaces.

MASter On-Line B200 is applied manually using spatulas and steel trowels. Working area must be cleaned of dirt and plaster dust. At the first pointing distribute MASter On-Line B200 transversely to the line of joined panels, pushing it as deep as possible and tightly filling the entire gap, then apply a mesh tape on the whole length of the joint. Stick a self-adhesive mesh tape to two gypsum – cardboard panels on their contact area, apply the second coat of Master On-Line B 2000 then uniformly distribute it (preferably with one stroke), and the entire joint. After the product dries proceed with grinding and smoothing with fine sandpaper. Pointing is one of the most important steps in joining gypsum – cardboard panels. The product used in SPECIAL G / K SYSTEMS ensures proper execution and faultless use of the premises.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
MASTER ON-Line B2000 is a sealer with adhesive properties based on synthetic resins, special fibres, modifiers and stabilizers. Its hydrophobic features and adhesiveness to construction materials result in permanent flexibility after curing.
