Beto – Frost
INTENDED USE
Beto – Frost is an admixture used to protect freshly mad and poured concrete against frost in winter to - 10°C. This is an anti-freeze agent for all types of concrete and mortar based on cement.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Additive used in winter as an anti-freeze accelerator for concrete, mortars and plasters used to in ambient temperatures reaching - 10°C.
Effectively and safely accelerates the hardening of cement in the temperatures below and above zero.
Suitable for use with ready-made mortars and cement adhesives.
DOES NOT CAUSE THE CORROSION OF METAL ELEMENTS BOUND IN CONCRETE.
EFFICIENCY
0.2% to 3% of cement weight.

DOSING
Doses depend on the ambient temperature at the time of applying and they increase when temperature drops. At a temperature from 0 to -5 ° C use 0.20 kg, (i.e. 1/5 of the 1 l package weighing 1 kg) per a cement bag of 25 kg. For best results apply the product directly to the pre-mixed concrete mixture. At temperatures from -5°C to -10°C use 0.4 kg (from the 1 l package weighing 1 kg) per a cement bag of 25 kg. At a temperatures reaching -10 C use 0.5 kg (i.e. 1/2 of the 1 l package weighing 1 kg) per a cement bag of 25 kg. Beto - Frost is used in factories for manufacturing concrete designed for transport and use in low temperatures / winter conditions.
